Welcome to Robert and Ann's adventures travel blog.

Our passion is travel, and that's what gets us through doing our daily jobs. We  love visiting new places, immersing ourselves into the local cultures of life and of course discovering the unexpected!

We can spend ages sometimes on the planning, then its the anticipation, and finally its the journey, be it by plane, train, car or boat and of course then its  the actual holiday. 

As well as overseas travel, We are also a firm supporter and champion of the British Isles our home country.  From dynamic cities to rural towns and villages and from seaside resorts to national parks there is so much to enjoy and be proud of. 

Hopefully though this blog, we're able to pass on some useful insights and travel tips to help you get the most out of your travels and perhaps inspire some of you to visit destinations that you might not previously have thought of.
